The Old Man of the Mountain.

                The Old Man of The Mountain is a rock that has the profile of a man. This is a very old man. He is 2000 to 10,000 years old. However the old man on the mountain was beaten by harsh weather and was found missing on May 3, 2003. The old man on the mountain also known as the great stone face was the state symbol of New Hampshire.  It was 25 feet wide and 40 feet tall. It seemed to be defying gravity! The harsh weather is what caused the old man's death. But in June 2010 they made a memorial of the Old Man of The Mountain. This is held by metal poles of various heights and there are granite benches and in the rock they carved the supporters names! I don't know if I think this is too much fuss over a rock or if I think it is great they are trying to bring this monument back. What do you think?
