Soccer 2011 By: Stella

As you can probably guess from the title, today I wanted to tell you about our soccer this year. We have all participated. I did the community soccer, and we all, except for Mom and little Filia, have done the home school soccer. It's really fun! It's just a huge group of home school kids who get together to exercise, learn some soccer, and mainly... JUST PLAIN HAVE FUN!!!
The community soccer was a big commitment, and that is why we can only afford having one participant for our family. I've been playing the public soccer for 7 years now. (This was my seventh year.) I have some pictures below of our tournament day-Enjoy!!!

I had a wonderful year with soccer, and I was sad to see it all come to an end, but I am very excited to continue our homeschool soccer group. This is held at the Merrimack Valley Sports Center, and we enjoy it immensely. Rus and Tert had never been on a soccer team, and they are having a blast learning the basics. They separate the kids into two groups, one ages six and under, and one ages seven and up. The soccer is from 1-3 on every other Thursday, as the 'other' Thursday is spent at gymnastics. :D
