This baby is so active. The kids are getting to know him/her already as they feel his kicks and squirms. I asked Baby Boy if he was excited to play trucks with this new sibling. He answered, "Ummm...that's good idea!"

Stella decided to cut her beautiful hair and donate it to locks of love. It delighted her to think that some other little girl would be able to enjoy her hair. When the ordeal was over, she said that she couldn't wait for it to grow back so she could do it all over again!

This display demonstrated how much energy is required to bring an elevator up to the second floor. The kids would have to pedal to exhaustion to "create" that much energy. I think I'll take the stairs next time!

What fun it has been to harvest produce and herbs from our first garden! It has completely taken off. We learned some valuable lessons about spacing this year (boy, those squash plants get big!), but on the whole, it has been a real success.

BAD Bug Bite

Our little guy had an allergic reaction to a bite on his forehead. His forehead down to his nose swelled up in a startling way. You had to see it to believe it. When I brought him to the family gathering, half the room burst out laughing and the other half winced.

It was a HOT, HUMID day when we toured Epcot. The kids eyed this fountain with longing and were delighted when we let them jump in with their clothes. Before we knew it, they were surrounded by a flock of sweaty children who wanted to join in the fun.

It was a thrill to meet each of the Princesses. Sis said that she is most like Belle, since they both adore books. Buddy took a shine to Jasmine. We tried to put the best construction on this infatuation. :)

Touring Epcot was one of the highlights of this trip. Who wouldn't want to tour several countries in an hour's time? The kids enjoyed dining with the Disney Princesses in a Norwegian Castle. I bought souvenires for Christmas gifts.

We made it to one of the final tours of Heritage NH - an incredible museum where the children took a step into the past and had a hands-on tour of our state's beginnings up through present-day inventions
